Rules of Engagement
- Chivalry must be practiced at all times. (Be a Jedi, not a Sith)

- Any hit to the body during sparring matches or tournaments is an instant kill
and the defeated player is out for the rest of the match.

- Light tapping only when hitting your opponent. Not only does this keep us
from paying hospital bills, it prevents the lightsabers from being damaged.
​
- Head shots and impaling your opponent are forbidden moves.
Failure to comply will result in being asked to sit out for the remainder of the day.

- Please be honest and fair. Were all adults here. Please act like one.
​
- Protective gear is encouraged, but not required.

How to Join:
​
In order to join, all members must be at least 18 years of age and must own a high-quality heavy dueling lightsaber.
​
Approvable lightsabers must be made of a steel or metal material and have a blade length between 18 to 37 inches. While custom built lightsabers made from scratch have the potential to be approved, we would recommend buying your saber from one of the following manufacturers:

Approvable lightsabers must be made of a steel or aluminum material and have a fiberglass blade length between 20 to 35 inches.

The Idaho Saber Guild is a full contact saber dueling club and is not responsible for any injuries or damage done to member's lightsabers, cosplay, or other equipment.
